something i found helps. don't go clubbing, it will ALWAYS be a bad idea. you will be hungover, you will lose a **** tone of money on stupidly expensive drinks, drunk you is stupid and will most likely get in trouble, you are an easy target for theifs and you will almost positivity loss something of value.

What I personally found helpful is that if you do clubbing which I don't do often but still enjoy sometimes : budget, for financial reasons or just "I'm not gonna get ****** up" reasons. I budget to $40 a night MAX I don't go out often, but when I do go many nights in a row, I'll often just skip out on drinking at the bar and maybe just have a beer or two at home , and if someone buys me a drink I pay it forward I also try my best to repay them, even if it takes me a year to get back to the person . Keeps me accountable to my well-being and my wallet.

Yea, just go to a pub (preferably if you're a guy with guy pals and buddies) (no homo)

If you're poor. Buy rice, frozen veges, and tins on tuna. It keeps for a long time and will make a basic meal when you can't afford anything else.

Just cook the rice, chuck in the veges when the rice is almost done, drain it and mix in the tin of tuna. You can add soy sauce if you have some. It tastes alright cold so you can bring it with you in a container if you have to go somewhere.

If you can source the ingredients in bulk it will be cheaper in the long run

sorry to hear that man, but you can nab a set of 12 for 15 bucks here. just check. test out a can of the off-brand if thats cheaper.

remember that if you can stomach it, and its cheap, then you can spice it up different and live with the taste. there are veritable *********** of recipes online for just about anything

Put on some music and go for a walk for an hour. It'll be just as entertaining as sitting in front of your computer, but infinitely more productive.

Full beards only look good on bulkier fellows (vertical lines are also slimming on your face) or the elderly. Everyone else should be clean shaven or goateed.

Unless you work nights try getting to sleep before midnight and getting up by 8 am. There is very little you are doing at 2 am that you couldn't do after waking up, and you wont spend half the prime part of the day passed out in your room.

tylenol and motrin actually can be taken together every once and a while. just watch those directions and only take the recommended amount. Works wonders on freshly bruising limbs or sprained ankles, and it lets you stay away from vicodine (ibuprofin is non-addictive). Still, talk to a doctor somewhere if you can, since it can be hell on your kidneys.
