Boy feels out of place because he wants to make shoes for a living, woman feels out of place in society as a whole, they agree to meetup at that particular location; but only when it's raining.
I remember the first time I saw a post with Garden of Words content. I went to go watch it immediately, gotta say, the animation/artwork is the only reason to watch it. The story wasn't necessarily bad, but it could have been so much better, character development was bad and honestly the plot wasn't that great to begin with.
I find a lot of people who say that don't understand the symbolism. Makoto Shinkai has always been really heavy on subtle symbolism. If you take Garden at face-value, it's not worth much, but if you re-watch it a couple times and start to pick up on the symbolism (and some of it is the most obscure **** ) then you realize there's a lot more to it than what's readily apparent.
Still not for everyone tho, it's Makoto Shinkai's signature "love at a distance" theme. Although a lot less heart-wrenching than 5 Centimetres Per Second was.
I don't believe Windows supports the format, but you can get Stardock DeskScapes to do it. I'm not sure how compatible it is with Win10, so give it a try.
