I really can't see it. I have a rare illness called **************. It makes me unable to see obvious things pointing stuff out.

EPO is not really a party drug, its a performance drug (or enhancer) it helps the blood carry more oxygen around your body. In case anybody was wondering

Don't thumb him down, he's right. He used super-oxygenated blood, the whole team had constant blood transfusions to be in peak shape. That's how he got away with it for so long.

However, French law enforcement were onto this and made it tricky to perform the blood transfusions, since they were technically against regulations.

What's the similarity between Amsterdam and the Tour de France?
Both have a lot of people on bicycles doing drugs.
