I can honestly say as a drummer that if he broke 80, he isn't playing hard enough.

I can honestly say as a drummer, if you go threw a lot of drum sticks, you have very ****** technique and should go back to playing rock band.

I play heavy metal, where you're supposed to add umph into **** .

so do i.

I'm in a Nile meets Carcass styled deathmetal band and a black metal band.

Unless you're playing vic firth, there's no reason for your sticks to be breaking that often.

Vic firth is **** .

I practice for about 2 hours a day, not including band practice which is an hour every other day. So when you play for two to three hours a day, you break a lot of **** .

***** if you don't hit the rim with every hit, you ain't breakin **** sticks.
i mean sure you can, but if you play that ****** hard you'll break the snare drum 3 times before the sticks.

I've had to replace the heads on my drums multiple times. Like I've stated, I play heavy metal, which includes a lot of cymbal play that just chips away at the drum sticks. I only buy vic firth wood tips as well.

Okay you know what?
I don't know **** about metal.
I play ****** dnb.
I came to the conclusion that I'm one of those asshats that talk about things they don't even know how to spell.
This is not my field of profession.
I shouldn't have even gotten outa bed.
 that means you win. yay.

I get where you're coming from. A lot of drum styles like small precise hits, in metal... You want the umph to fly out of the snare and the cymbals to ring a certain way. I play 80's metal mostly and **** .

Stalemate?
