22/40 Kgs done. Almost there, then gonna hit the gym to shape my muscles. Already have lots since I was doing LOTS of physical training ever since i was young.

started working out in september and i can see some improvements in my physical ability as well as my appearance. hardest part is just getting yourself to the gym. get past that and make it your routine and it all falls into place
