Haha I was only messing, I've just come back to it to actually use it for the first time, thought you might be like me and just need that little bit of motivation. Im a lazy skinny stoner and find a kick up the ass from strangers always helps
i appreciate the thought, but i actually do sport 3 times a week atleast when i'm at uni, visiting the parents over the vacations makes me ******* lazy, i just sit there all day with my cousin playing xbox, eating and smoking, so i kind of get where you're coming from the hardest part is starting
once you get over the "i can do it tomorrow" mentality, it's all good
Yeah i used to play loads of sport and go to the gym but I'm 25 now, still holding onto hopes I can get my PGA coaching license and I've got a middle aged mans body from lack of anything besides sitting at work, drinking/clubbing and playing golf.
If you're still young er than me , NEVER STOP PLAYING SPORT, it's so easy to settle into the life of an office drone.
Holy **** , I was looking for the full versions of these posters for days because **** all I'm not buying them from the guy for like $100. I guess someone actually got these and scanned them. Good on ya.
If he sold them for like 5 or 10 dollars a piece, I might consider buying. But on his website he's charging at least $100 for the pack of them, just the poster. God forbid you want it framed, the price more than doubles.
Do cardio, running, eliptical, etc. You could also do just some bodyweight circuit stuff (pushups, burpees, situps) it will get your heart rate up and burn many more calories.
Swimming bro.. Trust me, it works. I'm down from 245 to 165! It's good resistance, gentle on joints, cools you off, and its great motivation because when you stop exercising you drown!! I used to have boobs too, it sucks but I also ended up getting a natural estrogen blocker from a local supplement store (Vitamin World) and that dried my titties right up! Well that and swimming 2-5 times a week. But don't do that unless you're at least 20
No it is imperative that you remove all of your skin before trying these workouts. Don't cut too deep or you'll accidentally release the skeleton inside of you.
There's more to lifting than just BEING HUGE BRO. Fat people are huge. Be a real animal and get some veins and striations. Oh wait, but that requires cardio and diet which is really hard!
Is there a way to do chest workouts without a bench thingy? Whenever I try it on my floor I never feel anything in my chest. (I have dumbells and an EZ barbell thingy)
Personally, I'm not sure of any other ways. You're going to need a bench of some sort to lift yourself off the ground and give your arms some space to move.
Doing something like this, except with simpler stuff shown in the picture, plus other additional stuff that I'll be adding overtime. (Not going to a gym cause reasons.)
Oh, not that I know of, I just got this from a friend of mine. Thanks for the additional stuff tho, I'll have a look. (Although the stuff I'm doing already is quite enough for me at the moment.)
Some of em are pretty obscure. I wish i could search on the site by name, but it does let you search for specific workouts for different groups. And it features that handy dandy text at the bottom to explain just what the hell i'm training
Hmm... so it does! But, I'll be just sticking to the one I'm doing for now at least, I'll save the site though, thanks. Out of curiosity, which one are you doing then, if any?
Couple of weeks, i think, hasn't been that long. I am/was strong when i started, i just want to get stronger so i can help better. That and i have 2 older brothers, getting stronger is almost a necessity.
Ohh, I see. I've got an older brother but he doesn't live here anymore and I rarely see him. I mostly just wanna be ready for next year, been conscripted and stuff. Never hurts to be fit anyway
They used to, now we just measure how far we can push eachother. Too bad for me that they both work in construction, work out reguraly and attend events like Spartan Runs.
Yep, was kind of unfair for the first years. Now i'm actually capable of not getting pushed across the room easily, and i'll occasionally push them back.
That behind-the-neck press for shoulders is a pretty dangerous exercise if you are lifting heavy, it causes a part of the muscle to rub up against bone if you do them wrong and you can get seriously injured. www.youtube.com/watch?v=Sw3r2lytys8 This guy uses a model of the muscle group to show what can happen. The video doesn't show a person's muscle being torn even though it says so in the title for those who are squeamish
People who injure themselves have problem with stiff back muscles. If you stretch enough you should be fine.
Also I ******* hate that guy from AthleanX. He´s got as much charisma as frozen broccoli...
