I had a bad experience the only time I bought a book from them. I needed a book for a research paper and they claimed the book was "Used - Like New". It was most definitely not like new. The good thing was that when I contacted them they gave me a full refund.
< All the stains on the cover had this disgusting texture and ~1/4 the book had writing all throughout it. I could deal with the writing, but the texture on the cover was too much. Would have been less upset if they didn't try to pass it off as "Like New".

I'm pretty sure my case is just one of those rare ones and I probably wouldn't have a problem like this again, but just letting everyone know of my experience anyway.

I've been ordering books from this site for two years, and probably spent around $200 over that time on 50 books, including around five texts books. Sisters and father have used it too. Would recommended. Many books you can get for as low as $3.99 these days. They've got a great selection. I've bought some medical and history textbooks, a lot of criminal non fiction, fairy tales & supernatural and language textbooks books. Takes a little time, I always get mine in about a week and a half (2 weeks for US; most) but shipping is free, ALWAYS, if you are in the US. Canada is like $1.99 a book, and everyone else is, I think, $5.99. Books aren't perfect, but still really good condition. If you have two emails, 'refer' yourself as a friend to get a discount. Or, you know, an actual friend.
