Huh.
How would that even work?
What would be considered the "True Route" pre-Terra (I think it was Terra.)
Assuming they're not going to try and stuff the common route together with the Moon and Terra route into one season.
Because if they are, they're going to have the same problem Angel Beats had.

Too little time to actually do anything.

I'm just more interested in when the translation for Harvest Festa is going to be done, if the project isn't dead yet.

Well I would imagine they would do the following
1. go full Fate/stay Night on it and followed one character route.
2. Make a couple episode showing essential fragments of other routes (to show the viewpoints of both Gaia, Guardian and the druids), while making sure the season is concluded
3. having a second season consisting of Moon and Terra (if getting popular enough for second season. If not they made a concluded 1st season.)
