Um, what? Now I'm not sure what point you're trying to argue. She sees a red dot on the window, glances down at her torso, sees it on her torso (to the left of where she initially glances), then reacts. Also, given how dark the GIF is, there's no indication that she didn't glance at the dot before grabbing her chest.
