I'm an Xbox/PC gamer

but I'll admit, the PSVita actually seems really good

also, is this going to become the new PS4>XBOne?

It is a great system, I own one... unfortunately, nobody creates games for it that use all it's abilities to it's maximum potential (most games seem like phone app games). It sucks, because it really is nice, and actually is more powerful than the Nintendo 3Ds and company. I will admit, 3Ds gets more games and special treatment too.

Special treatment being nintendo"s software? Because that's the main thing that sells the 3ds.

No, special treatment game wise. If a game is on both Vita and 3Ds, they make the game for 3Ds, and port it to Vita, so it isn't going at it's full potential. Sometimes, they just plain make the 3Ds game better, just because (Lego Batman 2 is a prime example of this).

That, and to a lesser extent, the Monster hunter series which moved from sony consoles like the PSP to the Wii since Monster Hunter Tri. And the current edition, Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate is out on the 3DS, followed by Monster Hunter 4, the newest rendition, when it is released in the west.

The PS Vita needs some killer titles, and it just doesn't have enough of them. Persona is a good one, but it only has Persona 3 and 4 (Been out since the PS2 era) and not enough information on 5 to hype it up.

Now we wait to see if Sega can try to get Atlus to put Persona on 3DS.

Which the same problem is what helped kill the Game Gear. It was better than Game Boy, but all the attention was on Game Boy instead.
