Interesting fact about Gen 1
The % is astronomically low but if you can burn Brock's Onyx, he will immediately use a Burn Heal. He has unlimited Burn Heals making it impossible for Onyx to take Burn damage.
I dunno if it works for something like Paralysis, Poison, Confusion, or Sleep since you can realistically give Onyx all of these conditions early in the game with the exception of Freeze.
