What the **** kind of a sword wouldn't have a decent tang by default? A piece of **** , that's what. I can see some real effort went into creating this scenario, but there are a lot of issues I take exception over.
-Hilt-
(2o)Hand and half Best versatility
(2o)Crossguard Swords without them are disgusting
(2o)Full tang IF YOU DIDN'T CHOSE THIS ON A SWORD YOU'RE RETARDED
-Hilt Alloy-
2Anomyum+3leafmetal Fairly durable with spell slots, great combo
Blood 3, Will 3, Bone18, Mind 16, Density 12, ETCHING SLOTS 2
-Hilt Etchings- I'm not going to put offensive etchings on the hilt because that doesn't make sense
(1o)Warrior's might
(1o)Mend and spark As long as you hold the sword you get healed, ******* sweet
-Sword-

Total cost; 15 orichalcum coins.
I assume that the FREE etchings don't take up etching slots, otherwise I'd have to change a few things.
I spent way more time doing this than I'd care to admit, and I might even try making a homebrew system like this for future pathfinder sessions I DM but that would take a long time to try balancing.
I think its you choose between either having etchings or having stats with the materials. (Like you can't add an etching, only the materials grant them). Then you choose which one you get for that material.
I believe the etchings cost money if you happen to choose those materials with them though. Kinda like in rpgs where you can slot your items with 3 runes in exchange for money.
I was commenting on your mention of free etchings... I don't think there are free etchings. Also for the upgrades I put on mine it says each can only be used once, not you can't have one of each type.
This one was actually much more tricky than others. Too many numbers to juggle! Half-and-half with the Medium Half Moon Blade. I picked more Blood than others, while trying to have some Bone. Plasma: Warriors Might on the blade, and Mend and Spark on the Hilt.
Last point was used on Fullers upgrade.
Since it said hilts have only one head, I combined 2 to make the barbed falchion. It still only has one head, but takes the length and shape from falchion, while having barbs from the barbed prongs.
I used my last coin on barbs, so if that can't be done I have one coin left instead.
As someone whose an Epeeist, Rapier fanatic, and aspiring Rapier instructor I shall make the best sword for a rogue Musketeer! (Please lemme know what you think or if I messed up on something) Five Ores*

i ******* love Choose Your Owns
but the things that kill CYO's is a **** ton of fine print
and an unreasonable **** ton of choices sometimes less is more
>>#41,
Here a simplified version for you two. No hurt feelings intended
Seriously though this CYOA isn't that long. It's basically split into:
1. Introduction.
2. What does what. Can be skimmed over
3. Small text which says what you have to do
4. Ores, no description reading neccercary, just pick 5 for blade/handle
5. A whole bunch of heads, few hilts and upgrades, You don't have to read through all, just look which looks nice and combine.
6.Shields, may be skipped or quickly read, not much to know.
7. Magic: Feel free to skim over, you get the gist of what does what quite easily.
This CYOA is very short compared to alot other ones like Stardust. It has lots of options but doesn't require much reading or time for a good build
Hand and a half hilt with a backsword blade. Crossguard and knucklebow.
All weapon head upgrades.

Etches on Blade - Cresent and Warrior's Spirit Fits well with a Scythe with the Primal essences that come along with each, getting touched by this thing would hurt.
I am pretty sure I did everything right. Hit me up with what you think about it / If I did anything wrong, and ill fix it.
*Alloy*
For my sanity sake, I will include the stats of the alloys and add them up as I go Mithril ** Bloodglass** Vutrionite ** Anomium** x2

Weapon
Dowel (2 weapon heads)
Full Tang (Weapons blade runs the entire length of the blade) (-4 Coins, 11 remain)
Voulge (One-side of Dowel) (-1 coin, 10 remain)
Medium Axe Head (Other side of Dowel) (-1 coin, 9 remain)
Medium Axe Head will be made of completely of Anomium. Now I'm not sure if I need to another separate sheet for that calculation, or if its simply one block of solid Anomium instead of an alloy. For simplicity sake I'll add another head with raw, pure metal.]
Voulge will be made completely of Leafmetal.
Buckler will be made of Leafmetal, (-1 coin, 8 remain)
Etchings
Due to the etchings already given to me by the Anomium already in the weapon, I'm going to assume they're free.
The five remaining coins will be saved to further improve the weapon, or increase the runes that I need etched on a specific blade. Or if I can etch different etchings on the dowel, blades, or shields.
