Far Cry 4 Does have crocodiles.
They're listed as the mugger crocodile, they're just hard as **** to come by.
Walk along the shore for awhile and one will find you. I played and beat the game three times before one jumped out of the water and grabbed me. Scared the ******* **** out of me since I didn't think there were any.
