If you mean the words they are saying, they are at the age where they think cursing is cool, and the kid who fell seems pretty sheltered and talks like he spends all day watching Nick Jr. and his main source of "naughty things" seems to be from Austin.

hit it right on the head, my cousin is a suburban white kid and when he was little him and his friends talked exactly like this and cried just as much. I was never as, wealthy i guess, so i grew up in "white trailer trash areas" not that bad but still and i hated going to visit him mainly because that side of the family are a bunch of judge-mental pricks .

my intention when making this statement is not to ridicule americans. but
as a former white suburban kid i can say that in my country atleast we are not this level of stupid.
i used to be the kid that went 9+10=21 wich is a certain level of stupid.
but these kids talk in a way so bisare that the only logical thing i can think of is that they have some sort of severe mental dissorder.
i now aditionaly want to say that i do realise its kind of ironic that i kind of rip on these kids for their abillity to formulate sentences and the way they think. and in my defence im not a native english speaker so some sort of language barrier is expected.
but i promise im good at english. its just that i sometimes mix up what i want to say and it ends up as mush like my last coment.
was that easier to understand?

If anything the one filming might have a speech disorder because of how he pronounces the ends of his sentences.
They also use curse words a lot, from experience kids who would curse a lot learn it from their parents who don't really care about how they present themselves in front of children.
And judging by the kid that fell the way he responds to falling might mean he's spoiled. Yes when kids hurt themselves they cry, but how the kid asks why it happened to him and "why nature would do that" just implies he has never takes responsibility for his actions. Also a fall from that height and he cried like a little bitch.
All in all these kids just have a bad attitude about them that usually is a stereotype of rich white suburban kids who don't take take responsibility for their actions and blame or expect it on others.
