A 2 year old child would weigh about 38(ish)lbs
1 liter=2.2lbs
38lbs=17.2liters.

The largest cup is 512oz
512oz=15.1liters

So this seems to more or less check out.

You could always just hold a child underwater and measure the volume of the displaced liquid.

I know you were all wondering. And I have decided to sacrifice myself for the cause. I will keep intensive data on my research: how many times it takes, how many days...
But do not stop me friends.
For it is I who must discovery how many caps it takes to fill the child sized cup with jizz.
