Yeah that''s pretty freaking powerful. However, Krieg if built right can become indestructible, you'll never go down and you'll constantly be in rampage. Plus he has the best lines out of all the vault hunters I think.

Well, cats leave small litters around dumpsters, broken vehicles, and other odd places quite often. Probably ended up in a pile of junk that was getting pulled up, and is lucky not to be crushed.
However, sadly, it's also common for people to put puppies and kittens into situations like this on purpose. Someone around that conveyor may have been a sadistic piece of crap. I went to school with someone who never neutered or spayed his pets. He would get kittens or something eventually, and would throw them out into the street or come up with some other horrible way to kill them.
He still lives, to this day. Still doing it. I never got to find out where he lived or get proof of his actions.
