The green version never came out of Japan, so that must be a fake. Still Awesome though.

What hinders him from obtaining one from someone that got it in Japan, or perhaps he even was in Japan when it came?

Okay, for people who are curios as to why there appears to be an 'American' version of Green up there, there isn't. There are actually 2 versions of Green in Japan. The second version fixed a fair number of bugs, and is the version that got ported to America. This person simply has Green 1 and Green 2, both from Japan.
