This **** is for crybabies on tumblr. Grow the **** up, stop pretending like it's the world's fault that you failed. Sometimes your best isn't good enough. Get back up and try again, don't be a bitch about it.

All those people who tell you to never give up? Make posters with kittens n **** ? Stand in front of greenscreens shouting? Idiots. All of them.

Know when you are beat, and ALWAYS have a fallback position.

And after you fall back you come back with twice as much firepower, I apply it to my weightlifting which coincidentally helped my anger and other issues a whole bunch. I always recommend working out to everyone, even if they don't wanna get buff then just get lean or do something to counter your daily calories.

I always feel great after working out, I've done so for 3 years and went from being fat to this. I will say though, don't give up is a fine one but it doesn't mean keep pushing forward constantly, if you need to take a step back then step back and work on it before you step forward again.

Tl;dr workout folks, it helps you all around. Even if it's not powerlifting like me, a run will make you feel fantastic when you're done.
