Well, this guy needs to be told that the Joker has a lot of money, in the movie his suit is custom made just for him and he supplies all of his minions with weapons. On top of that he actually knows how to fight and go hand to hand against batman, he isnt some frail wimp. Not some insane homeless guy.

Yes, he has money from the gang leaders. Which might I remind that he stole and proceeded to burn afterwards. Watching the scenes where they fight, Joker does nothing to fight on par with Batman.

He already had alot of money before he burned that pile. And in tdkr he wasnt fighting to beat batman, he was fighting to get batman to go against what he stands for. If you didnt pay attention in the movie he wants batman to kill him, and the batman in that movie doesnt want to cause anyones death.

Yes, before he burned that pile he had the money he stole from the gang leaders. The pile burning didn't come until he no longer needed it. I payed attention to the movie and him wanting the Batman to kill him was a goal, but not his only. Regardless of if he wanted to kill the Batman or not, your statement that he can go against Batman in h2h combat is only true to a point in that he can fight against the batman, not that he can stand a chance. Go back and watch the scene where they fight, there was no real skill in how he got the Batman down, rather it was more so luck and a well timed blow during disorientation. The Joker was crafty, and he was quite tough, but he was not quite on the level you place him at.

Because he doesn't need to? He fights smart- in TDKR, it involved setting German Shepherds/Alsations to **** Batman up and hit him in the face with a pipe.

Depends on what Joker you are talking about. TDK joker wasn't skilled in close combat, he was more insane. The DC "Who's Who" describes the Joker as an average hand to hand combatant. But it also goes on to say that he becomes stronger in the heat of a fight as a result of his insanity. But there are some comics I think that he's almost on par with batman.

I know, but this specific film line and the comic line of Dark Knight aren't the exact same either. The guy in the first comment of this thread said "In the movie". My comment was about the movie from the Dark Knight trilogy, not the comics, not the other movies.

Fair enough. That Joker that Heath Ledger portrayed was best suited for the film IMO. Cool profile pic btw.

Now turn it the other way around

A homeless man in clown makeup with several "crippling" mental illnesses takes on a muscle-bound martial artist equipped with body armor and a billion dollars' worth of weapons.

The Joker is the best.

An insane phycopathic man who dresses up as a clown along with a gang of very bad men terrorize the city with explosives and threatens to bring down all, the only person who can stop him is a man whom is armed with hand- made weapons, and only his strength despite being outnumbered.

It's not so much a curse as it is an expletive that it's used to emphasise other insult. e.g. "Bloody git" could potentially offend someone, "Bloody Frank" not so much.

An orphan who is forbidden by his own morals to use lethal force and fights with nothing more than a bunch of hand-made weapons takes on a psychopatic sociopathic criminal mastermind who has no moral, ideological or logical boundaries and who has an army of heavily armed cuttroat mercenaries.

It can go both ways...
